Despite their small dimensions, the hinges support loads of up to 120 kg, reaching up to 150 kg with the three-blade models.

» Wide range of profiles 

The ACRUX range has different hinge models available to cover the widest range of profiles according to the customer’s needs.

• ACRUX CE 10.14 for Euro groove profiles with 10 / 14 mm frame

• ACRUX CE 14.18 for Euro groovel profiles with 14 / 18 mm frame.

• ACRUX FR for profiles with centred groove (or French groove).

• ACRUX 16 for profiles with a 16 mm groove with 13-millimetre shaft.

» Compatibility with different opening types

ACRUX hinges are compatible with different types of aluminium window, door and balcony door openings available on the market.

• Single or double-sash door with left or right-hand opening for both internal and external access.

• Window or balcony door with heavy weight sashes and / or format with practicable opening.

• Bottom-hung windows of large dimensions.

» Accessible, fast and effective adjustments

The hinges facilitate direct, simple and quick adjustments on site. All adjustment points are located in areas that are easily accessible to the installer and can be set with the system sash under load.

• Lateral adjustment range of ± 1.2 millimetres.

• Through the installation of the STC-MC-0011 adjustment kit it is possible to obtain a vertical adjustment range of ± 3 millimetres.

The use of aluminium opening systems provides multiple advantages, including the ease and speed of assembly of the hardware and its accessories.

The hinges are installed on counter plates that are grooved, both on the frame profile and on the sash profile. The bolt has been specifically designed to facilitate fitting and insertion into the sash blade bushing..

» Robustness and durability

Surface components in contact with relative movement are made of acetal to guarantee optimum performance in terms of wear and tear.

The acetal resin gives the hinges good friction properties and ensures the contact surfaces are lubricated, allowing them to operate throughout their service life without significant wear.

The three-leaf models are specifically designed to be installed on public building doors with high traffic frequency, where people misuse them or where there is a high probability of accidents occurring.
