Our RE and RE+ product range has once again received further international recognition, this time the rigorous Cradle to Cradle Certified® Material Health Gold (version 4.0).
The Material Health certificate scientifically and thoroughly assesses every component of the supply chain. Its primary objective is to ensure that products are completely free from carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances (CMRs), as well as persistent and bioaccumulative pollutants (PBTs).
At STAC, we have successfully obtained Cradle to Cradle Certified® certification for our polyamide profiles across two of our main product ranges:
Insulating profiles: Certification achieved for the PA 66-GF25, HITEP and glue wire variants. The Gold level guarantees that 100% of the components have been characterised, evaluated and optimised, ensuring that they are free from any chemicals that pose a risk to human health or the environment.
RE and RE+ Specifically awarded to the variants PA 66-GF25 RE, PA 66-GF25 RE PLUS, HITEP RE and HITEP RE PLUS. These solutions stand out for incorporating polyamides from recycled sources without containing substances harmful to health.
By voluntarily subjecting our products to the Cradle to Cradle Certified® methodology, we at STAC demonstrate that high thermal insulation performance and environmental responsibility are perfectly compatible.
