Multipoint lock 2000

Architectural design trends are for maximum glass surfaces in enclosures, both for fixed and moving leaves.

This implies that the leaves in windows and patio doors become ever larger, and some sliding windows even go from floor to ceiling.

For this type of enclosures we have developed a longer multipoint lock that allows the closure points along the top of the system to be suitably spaced, thereby providing optimal protection at the top of the window.

» Patio door

The multipoint lock, specially designed for patio doors where the handle is installed approximately 1100 mm from the ground, has 2 locking points at the bottom and 3 locking points at the top.

» Safety solutions

All options have an anti-lifting system that prevents the sash from being dismantled when it is in the closed position and a damping stop that prevents the sash from hitting directly against the metal frame, avoiding any undesirable noise produced when closing.

» Corrosion resistance

The steel plates have been treated to guarantee corrosion resistance in compliance with the UNE-EN 1670. Also, the locks are supplied with a corrosion protection finish that means they can be used in environments with severe climatic conditions, especially in high salinity environments such as coastal area.
