autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/it\/prodotto\/stac\/die-cutting-machines\/tfs-die-cutting-machines\/tfs08-punch-and-cropper-tfs08-ce-n00\"><strong>Fustellatrice TFS0<\/strong>8<\/a><\/mark><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Abbiamo sviluppato una fustellatrice per chiusure a leva completamente innovativa.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Dal dipartimento di design e sviluppo del prodotto ci siamo posti le seguenti premesse per lo sviluppo della macchina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"657\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-4-1024x657.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17096\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-4-1024x657.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-4-300x192.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-4-768x493.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-4-1536x986.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-4.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><strong>Dimenticarci del fless\u00f2metro<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">La fustellatrice permette di tagliare tutte le chiusure a leva di una finestra, a battente o a ribalta, senza utilizzare il fless\u00f2metro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">A questo scopo abbiamo sviluppato un righello telescopico con il quale l&#8217;operatore pu\u00f2 prendere le misure direttamente sulla finestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Dimenticarci le matite e le operazioni<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Con le soluzioni di fustellatura tradizionali, sono necessarie operazioni manuali per applicare gli adattamenti a seconda della soluzione di ferramenta scelta.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">All&#8217;interno del sistema di lavoro TFS-08, abbiamo una serie di dime che lavorano insieme al righello telescopico per applicare gli adattamenti in modo diretto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Dimenticarci delle misure della macchina<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Una volta presa la misura con il righello telescopico e con l\u2019adattamento fatto grazie alla dima, andiamo direttamente alla fustellatrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Il righello telescopico \u00e8 stato dotato di perni per trasferire la misura direttamente dal righello alla chiusura a leva.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong><strong>\u00bb<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><strong><strong>Sistema universale<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con il TFS-08 \u00e8 possibile realizzare qualsiasi combinazione di chiusura a leva per la ferramenta STAC, attuale e futura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 sufficiente aggiornare le&nbsp; dime di adattamento.
