{"id":5183,"date":"2021-04-22T07:31:12","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T07:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/2021\/04\/clx-oscilo-160kg-ya-disponible\/"},"modified":"2025-01-16T10:03:25","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T10:03:25","slug":"clx-oscilo-160kg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/fr\/nouveautes\/clx-oscilo-160kg\/","title":{"rendered":"CLX OSCILO 160KG"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Actuellement sur le march\u00e9 de la ferrure pour fermeture et, selon les tendances architectoniques du moment, les dimensions des vitrages vont en augmentant de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit fr\u00e9quent de rencontrer des fen\u00eatres pouvant atteindre 120kg mais aussi des demandes sur des configurations de 150kg.<br><br>Ces configurations sont principalement dues \u00e0 3 motifs:&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019usage de porte-fen\u00eatre afin d\u2019optimiser l\u2019entr\u00e9e de lumi\u00e8re, de telle fa\u00e7on qu\u2019on essaie d\u2019exploiter au maximum la zone situ\u00e9e entre le plafond et le sol.<\/li><li>L\u2019utilisation de plus en plus fr\u00e9quente de verres tremp\u00e9s de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ainsi que de verres \u00e0 hautes qualit\u00e9s thermiques, tout ceci faisant que le poids de l\u2019ensemble augmente par rapport \u00e0 un vitrage standard.<\/li><li>Les nouveaux profil\u00e9s plus massifs (70, 80, 100mm) \u00e0 hautes capacit\u00e9s thermiques, qui sont con\u00e7us pour supporter des charges importantes et des vitres \u00e9paisses.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Pour ces raisons, STAC a lanc\u00e9 une nouvelle configuration d\u2019oscillo en introduisant de nouvelles paumelles et compas sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour supporter des lourdes charges. Cette nouvelle gamme se caract\u00e9rise par des accessoires r\u00e9sistants, un montage et des r\u00e9gulations conformes \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on peut attendre d\u2019une ferrure actuelle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"42\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/712.oscilo160kg.jpg\" alt=\"\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"738\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/734.seccion-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12045\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/734.seccion-2.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/734.seccion-2-163x300.jpg 163w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">1- Robustesse<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pens\u00e9e contre toutes les d\u00e9faillances<\/strong>&nbsp;<br><br>Une des pr\u00e9mices de la conception par nos techniciens a \u00e9t\u00e9 de donner \u00e0 la ferrure des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u201cextras\u201d qui permettent de continuer le travail de fermeture m\u00eame en cas de mauvaise installation ou de d\u00e9faillances d\u2019autres prestations.<br>L\u2019erreur la plus commune lors de l\u2019installation de paumelles classiques pour OB \u00e0 lieu lors de la r\u00e9gulation en hauteur, qui plus est quand la fen\u00eatre est d\u2019un poids \u00e9lev\u00e9. Cette r\u00e9gulation se situe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au niveau de la partie inf\u00e9rieure du vantail et oblige \u00e0 desserrer le corps de la charni\u00e8re situ\u00e9e au vantail afin que la fen\u00eatre puisse glisser vers le haut en toute libert\u00e9.&nbsp;<br><br>Le fait de desserrer ces vis une fois le syst\u00e8me install\u00e9 est probl\u00e9matique en soi, car la majorit\u00e9 des fen\u00eatres ont une ouverture limit\u00e9e \u00e0 90\u00ba ou moins (colonne, murs, parois, etc..), avec un acc\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 ces vis. Ensuite il convient de r\u00e9gler en hauteur, qui dans le cas d\u2019une porte-fen\u00eatre ou d\u2019une fen\u00eatre encastr\u00e9e dans du placopl\u00e2tre par exemple, c\u2019est tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 car la cl\u00e9 Allen &nbsp;n\u2019a pas d\u2019espace suffisant pour venir se loger au niveau de la partie inf\u00e9rieure de la fen\u00eatre. Et finalement il faut de nouveau serrer les vis desserr\u00e9es et cette manipulation est encore plus compliqu\u00e9e avec tout le poids sur le seul vantail.<br>&nbsp;<br>En d\u00e9finitive, il existe une forte probabilit\u00e9 dans le fait qu\u2019un accessoire soit mal serr\u00e9 ou ne le soit pas du tout. La solution est d\u2019\u00e9liminer cette probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019erreur en \u00e9liminant le probl\u00e8me lui-m\u00eame et ce, en faisant que les points de r\u00e9gulations soient accessibles de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur &nbsp;et d\u2019acc\u00e8s direct.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">2- R\u00e9gulation 3D<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 de la simplicit\u00e9<\/strong><br><br>Pour les fen\u00eatres de poids importants, selon les explications ant\u00e9rieures, il est n\u00e9cessaire que les r\u00e9gulations soient simples, efficaces et directes mais surtout qu\u2019elles soient fiables.&nbsp;<br><br>Pour cela il a \u00e9t\u00e9 instaur\u00e9 pour ces paumelles le m\u00eame type de r\u00e9gulation qui est actuellement utilis\u00e9 pour les paumelles Anodic, dont l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e lors de plusieurs essais :<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>R\u00e9gulation verticale (+2,5mm -0,5mm) avec cl\u00e9 Allen de 5mm.<\/li><li>R\u00e9gulation lat\u00e9rale \u00b11,3mm avec cl\u00e9 Allen de 2,5mm.<\/li><li>R\u00e9gulation de serrage de +0,5mm via un fourreau excentrique.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"285\" height=\"663\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/744.bisagra160kgconllaveallen3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12052\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/744.bisagra160kgconllaveallen3-1.jpg 285w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/744.bisagra160kgconllaveallen3-1-129x300.jpg 129w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 285px) 100vw, 285px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">3- S\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Le plus important \u00e0 l\u2019endroit cl\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Les efforts de recherche de nos concepteurs se sont centr\u00e9s dans la recherche d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 afin de limiter les chocs et frayeurs inutiles en consid\u00e9rant que 160kg est un poids tr\u00e8s respectable.
