{"id":33892,"date":"2022-12-07T11:10:58","date_gmt":"2022-12-07T11:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/novedades\/nueva-epd-de-los-perfiles-hitep-y-pa66\/"},"modified":"2025-01-16T09:54:45","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T09:54:45","slug":"nueva-epd-de-los-perfiles-hitep-y-pa66","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/fr\/nouveautes\/nueva-epd-de-los-perfiles-hitep-y-pa66\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouvelle EPD pour les profils de rupture de pont thermique HITEP et PA66"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>STAC a obtenu la D\u00e9claration environnementale de produit (EPD) pour ses profil\u00e9s \u00e0 rupture de pont thermique HITEP et PA66 compos\u00e9s \u00e0 25% de fibre de verre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Cette d\u00e9claration atteste de l\u2019engagement de STAC envers la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019impact environnemental de ses produits, dans la perspective du cycle de vie, tout en offrant des informations valid\u00e9es par des tiers, en toute transparence.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019EPD est une d\u00e9claration environnementale de type&nbsp;III selon la norme ISO&nbsp;14025. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, STAC a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ses EPD conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la version la plus \u00e0 jour des normes ISO&nbsp;14025:2006 et EN 15804:2012+A2:2019\/AC:2021, inscrites dans le cadre du programme The International EPD System. Dans la mise en \u0153uvre de ces EPD nous avons suivi les PCR&nbsp;2019:14 Construction products, version&nbsp;1.2.4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La port\u00e9e des EPD obtenues par STAC s\u2019applique aux \u00e9tapes de produit et fin de vie, y compris les modules de&nbsp;: livraison des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, transport, fabrication, d\u00e9construction, d\u00e9molition, transport et traitement des r\u00e9sidus et disposition <a>finale<\/a><a href=\"#_msocom_1\">[PF1]<\/a>&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le profil\u00e9 de rupture de pont thermique HITEP est compos\u00e9 de PA66 renforc\u00e9 de 25% de fibre de verre \u00e0 haut rendement. Ces profil\u00e9s sont utilis\u00e9s comme mat\u00e9riau isolant thermique, intercal\u00e9 entre les profil\u00e9s en aluminium en ext\u00e9rieur et int\u00e9rieur de portes et fen\u00eatres qui intervient comme barri\u00e8re pour r\u00e9duire le transfert \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique entre l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Les profil\u00e9s STAC peuvent \u00eatre munis d\u2019un cordon thermoadh\u00e9sif ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans leur queue d\u2019aronde afin d\u2019apporter de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la tension transversale et au cisaillement qui se perdrait durant le processus de laquage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous vous invitons \u00e0 consulter les deux EPD sur le site web d\u2019Environdec :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.environdec.com\/library\/epd6198\">Thermal break profile HITEP<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.environdec.com\/library\/epd7226\">Thermal break profile PA 66 with 25% glass fibre<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis ses d\u00e9buts, sur toute sa gamme de ainsi que lors de ses processus de fabrication, STAC toujours fait en sorte d\u2019optimiser les mat\u00e9riaux de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 obtenir un produit simple, robuste, esth\u00e9tique et fonctionnel.
