With just one product code, the hinges can be mounted on both left and right openings.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Due to the success of the current CLX hinges we decided to evolve the lower frame-side flag to make the product more versatile in installation whilst also reducing the client\u2019s stock management load.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">The simplified leaf design allows both the right and left leaf to be included in the tilt &amp; turn kits, allowing the kits to become\u00a0<strong>ambidextrous<\/strong>. For this purpose, references are supplied pre-assembled to the right.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">The fundamentals in the development of this evolution were the following:<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>MAXIMUM STRENGTH<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">The tilt &amp; turn CLX hinges allow a load capacity of up to 160 kg.\u00a0It is mandatory to install the\u00a0<strong>stabilization screw<\/strong>\u00a0in the leaf.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">For the weight range between 120 and 160 kg the use of a door profile is recommended and the installation of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/en\/products\/\"><strong>CLX friction stay<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0ref. T110301 is necessary.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"294\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3129.02en-294x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10389\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3129.02en-294x1024.png 294w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3129.02en-86x300.png 86w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3129.02en-441x1536.png 441w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3129.02en.png 465w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 294px) 100vw, 294px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>ACCESIBLE ADJUSTMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">With highly loaded windows it is essential that the adjustments are simple, effective and direct but above all that they are reliable.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">All adjustment points are located in easy-to-reach areas and can be regulated with the leaf in place..<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Height adjustment<\/strong>:\u00a0+2,5 mm -0,5 mm\u00a0with a 5 mm allen key.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Lateral adjustment<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00b1 1,3 mm with a 2,5 mm allen key.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Tightening adjustment<\/strong>:\u00a0+0,5 mm\u00a0using an eccentric bushing.<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>SECURITY<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Taking in to consideration that the materials have a limited resistance, the profiles available are diverse and each extruder can vary the profile thickness even though they maintain the exact groove dimensions.
