To this end, we are pleased to present our latest and most innovative product, the<strong>&nbsp;tilt &amp; turn door blocking sequencer<\/strong>. This is a mechanical device which allows a balcony window to take on the role of a door in both tilt &amp; turn and side-hung systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"314\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3455.02es-314x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7755\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3455.02es-314x1024.png 314w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3455.02es-92x300.png 92w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/3455.02es.png 460w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 314px) 100vw, 314px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong><strong>SECURITY COMES FIRST<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sequencer is a device external to the handle which allows the sash and hardware to be blocked from both sides of the balcony window via a Euro cylinder lock. The blocking takes place in a part of the hardware which is inaccessible from the exterior, thereby reducing the possibility of break-ins and drastically increasing security in tilt &amp; turn and side-hung systems.The sequencer has undergone rigourous testing to check its ability to resist attempted break-ins using pre-defined tools. The results obtained were highly satisfactory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>3x BLOCK<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tilt &amp; turn hardware allows a balcony window to be opened in two<br>defined wayss:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>with the handle at 90\u00ba for standard full opening or logical tilt<\/li><li>with the handle at 180\u00ba for standard tilt or logical full opening<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This new sequencer allows full blocking of the hardware in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>closed position<\/li><li>standard tilt position<\/li><li>logical tilt position&nbsp;<strong>*<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>* Highly advisable in building for public use<br>&nbsp; (public buildings, schools, hospitals,&#8230;).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>AWW TESTING<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Balcony windows are more versatile and adapt better to the spaces of a home than door systems. They also have far superior thermal and acoustic insulation properties thanks to the high levels of weatherproofing provided by the hermetic seal and perimeter hardware. This new mechanism has achieved high ratings in the AWW tests, which classify hardware in terms of air permeability, water tightness and wind resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>SUITABLE FOR ALL TYPES OF LOCATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Balcony doors are perfect for accessing a balcony or terrace. Low doorsteps, excellent noise reduction and energy efficiency make balcony doors suitable for installation in the majority of settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The zamak components have been treated to guarantee corrosion resistance greater than 240 hours in a saline mist chamber in compliance with UNE-EN 1670 regulations and achieved a rating of Grade 4. This provides high corrosion resistance and means that they can be used in zones with severe climatic conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>COMPATIBLE WITH STAC HARDWARE<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STAC offers&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/en\/products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EVO-SECURITY<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>hardware which reduces the possibility of break-ins and increase security in casement and Tilt &amp; Turn systems certified to RC2 level.
