Our R &amp; D department based the development of our new\u00a0 rod hole punching machine on the following premises:<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"657\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-1-1024x657.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17070\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-1-1024x657.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-1-300x192.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-1-768x493.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-1-1536x986.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.stac.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/001-standard-scale-2_00x-gigapixel-1-1.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Forget the tape mesure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The new punching machine allows the rods for a&nbsp;<strong>side-hung<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>tilt &amp; turn<\/strong>&nbsp;windows to be cut without taking any measurements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">We developed a telescopic measure which allows the user to take measurements directly on the window frame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Forget pencils and calculations<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Traditional punches require the user to do sums to work out the discounts based on the chosen hardware fixtures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The TFS-08 incorporates various templates which work in conjunction with the telescopic measure to directly set the discounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Forget about inputting measurements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">With our new die-cutting machine there is no need to transfer manual measurements to the machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Once the operating rod measurements have been set with the telescopic measure and using the pre-set templates you can move directly to the punching stage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong><strong>\u00bb<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><strong>Universal solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using the TFS-08 you can create any combination of operating rods for STAC\u2019s current and future hardware offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a simple matter of updating the discount templates.&nbsp;&nbsp;Furthermore, any client can create their own templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">High productivity system for small-medium size workshops<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the TFS-08 it is possible to cut operating rods faster than even automated machines, in those cases where there are large numbers of differently sized Windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where the versatility of our machine and system really shines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Solutions for and from workshop<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the elements of this machine have been designed to be close to the assembly table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The punching machine can even be mounted directly onto the hardware assembly table as it takes up much less space.
